Job Description:

Growing, fun company seeking the immediate need for a Accounts Receivables Clerk! Nestled in the East Bay close to Bus and Bart, providing a business professional environment.



This position is primarily responsible for processing incoming payments, auditing vendor invoices and making follow-up collection calls.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Process invoices and payments from customers



- Make collection calls



- Review invoices and process checks to vendors



- Journal entry



- Process discount and credit memos

- Quick Books



- Excel and Word



- Data Entry - 10-key calculator
