Job Description Job Description Project Manager Concrete Project Manager Location: Dublin, OH Salary: $80K-$130K (salary depends on experience) This client is also hiring superintendents for foremans as well Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to execution. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld throughout the project. Prepare regular reports on project status, including financial performance and schedule updates. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Experience with flatwork, cast-in-place, tilt walls, till up, structural concrete, mass concrete, slabs, excavating, earthwork, and underground utilities, etc Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards.
