Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support behavioral interventions within a school setting in Union City, CA. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 30-32 hours per week through the end of the school year. Key Responsibilities: - Implement behavior plans under supervision to support student needs - Collaborate with school staff to monitor and track student progress - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and outcomes - Participate in training and meetings as required by the school district Qualifications and Experience: - Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required - Experience working as a Behavior Specialist or RBT within educational settings preferred - Willingness to complete district fingerprinting and onboarding processes - Ability to work effectively under supervision, with potential BCBA oversight pending confirmation Location: Union City, California This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student development through behavioral support in a structured school environment.
