  • Critical Illness and Accident plans -Job Summary: - -This position ensures the safe and reliable mechanical operation of lifts, with emphasis on proficiency, instruction, safety, and leadership in all areas of Lift Maintenance.---This department is responsible for the safe transport of guests and employees on the mountain.     • Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.99 / hour
    • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time -
    • Skill Level: -Intermediate, Advanced - -Job Responsibilities
      • Perform preventative maintenance and repair the assigned lifts -
      • Utilize technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime -
      • Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results -
        • Be able to follow safety and risk management policies and procedures -
        • Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization, working closely with Lift Operations - -

          • Prior mechanical or electrical experience - -
            • Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license -
            • Ability to work efficiently at heights -
            • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds -
            • Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions -
            • Must be willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc. - -
              • Intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred - -The expected pay range is -$21.00 - $24.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
