Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations at a clean and modern ethanol facility. This role involves mechanical and electrical maintenance of industrial equipment, with a focus on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative care. Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain centrifuges, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and compressors. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and PLCs. Conduct maintenance on heat exchangers and grain handling equipment. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyors, pumps, and seals. Align motors, perform mechanical/electrical testing, and troubleshoot machinery. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance technician roles. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools effectively. Experience with PLC systems and industrial equipment. Comfortable working at heights and moving between buildings. Work Environment Clean ethanol plant setting. May require walking outdoors between buildings. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
