Job Description Job Description Description Perform hands-on inspections using handheld measuring instruments, digital height gauges, optical comparators, and CMM equipment. Assist with basic CMM programming. Create First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs); experience with Net-Inspect software is a plus. Compile and analyze data for charting and graphing AS9100 Quality Management System metrics. Collaborate with customer representatives for PPAP creation (independent completion not required). Skills Quality assurance, cmm programming, first article inspection, Ppap, Iso 9001, Quality management Top Skills Details Quality assurance,cmm programming,first article inspection Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic hands-on inspection experience with precision measuring tools and CMM equipment. Ability to perform basic CMM programming. Experience creating FAIRs; familiarity with Net-Inspect preferred. Strong data analysis and reporting skills for quality metrics. Knowledge of AS9100 standards and quality management systems. Experience working with Collins Aerospace and/or Pratt & Whitney is highly desirable.
