They have cemented their reputation as experts in the coffee world by spearheading innovation to create a high quality and affordable coffee product.Job Summary:The eCommerce Merchandising Manager will be required to trouble shoot problems and influence resolution across functions. This employee will assist with web management to create a compelling product experience on sites, including accurate and clear product details and simple category navigation, all to drive results. The Manager will also be involved with tracking and management of customer experiences on eCommerce sites.Responsibilities:

• Owns the product presentation and approval process for eCommerce
• Manages interface with eCommerce to manage product catalog
• Leads the item approval process
• Trains team and others on skills and tools specific to eCommerce
• Audits websites to ensure our products are represented properly with the most current and accurate information
• Ensures overall online product presentation, including photography, copy content and other pertinent information is cohesive with brand's overall merchandising strategy
• Design and implement merchandising strategies through product and brand storytelling, product initiatives and market trends that align with ecommerce goals
• Work with e-Commerce team to improve site engagement rates, user experience, conversion rates and transaction value with the goal being to drive online sales through optimization and enhancement of site search, product categorization, site navigation and taxonomy, and up/cross sell opportunities
• Assists in execution of key marketing programs/projects driving results to meet budget plan
• Interface with other areas of the business as needed to ensure proper support and coordination of planning and product issues
• Learning and applying brand knowledge
• Handling email and meeting correspondence within team
• Assist and drive top-priority initiatives to drive channel growth
• Monitors customer feedback to improve customer experience
• Act as a liaison between marketing, designers, and online retailers to optimize content online and improve consistency across retailer websites
• Domestic and international travel may be required (minimal)
• Oversees special projects as assigned.Educational/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years of retail experience with online Merchandising experience desiredRequirements:
    • Project management experience
    • Understanding of retail and eCommerce industry
    • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Excel
    • Adwords Certification
    • Marketing Certification
    • Google Analytics Certification
    • Strong computer skills. Ability to quickly learn and manage systems/tools.
    • Be able to work effectively with other cross functional team members
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage timeline and budget in large multistream projects
