Location: Sierra Care PhysiciansPosition: Nurse PractitionerWe are seeking TWO Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to become a part of the our team! You will focus on providing high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. We have openings at Grass Valley, CA and Penn Valley, CA.WE ARE A PRIVATELY OWNED COMPANY & HAVE BEEN IN OUR COMMUNITY FOR OVER 30 YEARS. WE TAKE PRIDE IN PROVIDING OUR PATIENTS WITH A MEDICAL HOME.Hours:*Full-Time*Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PMResponsibilities:Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnessesPrescribe all necessary medications and treatmentsPerform comprehensive physical examinations of patientsDevelop and implement patient management policies and proceduresFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitatesCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient careQualifications:Previous experience in nursing or other medical fieldsAbility to build rapport with patientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesBenefits:MedicalDentalVision Insurance Option401K with MatchLife InsuranceVacation, Sick, and Holiday PayPlease note this position is posted on behalf of our partner practices.
