We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) to join a leading surgical team in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular surgery and thrive in high-acuity, team-driven operating room environments. This role involves scrubbing and/or circulating for a variety of open-heart and vascular procedures with a rotating on-call schedule. Key Responsibilities: Assist with setup, intraoperative support, and post-procedure transition for cardiovascular surgical cases Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs in a sterile and efficient surgical environment Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout procedures Maintain accurate and timely intraoperative documentation in accordance with hospital policy Prepare and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment specific to cardiac and thoracic procedures Comply with infection control protocols and all safety and regulatory standards Participate in on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed At Sable Corporation, we connect RNs, CNAs, and allied health professionals with contract and per diem opportunities at hospitals across California.
