Job Description:
Responsibilities - Offer excellent non- or limited-invasive,
non-interventional general cardiology care to adult patients in our
outpatient clinic and at our community hospital - Provide general
cardiology care 3-4 days per week in our outpatient cardiology
clinic - Implant pacemakers and loop recorders (not required
skills) - Perform Cardioversion - Read echoes, Holter monitors,
stress tests, and EKGs - Participate in a 1:4 shared hospital call
- No outpatient clinic on hospital call day - Round on inpatients -
Consult with ED and Hospitalists - Oversee the hospital’s
cardiology lab - Perform TEE's (required skill) - Collaborate with
the hospital’s impressive Cardiac Rehab program and staff - Enjoy a
strong referral base from within our community’s providers -
Partner with highly trained, competent, and caring support staff -
Work in a group where hearts are big and teamwork rules the day -
Provide services in a community where healthcare providers are
appreciated every day for their heroic work Qualifications - A
valid and unrestricted California medical license - Board eligible
or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or
AOA) - Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
