Job Description Pay Rates: $35/$36/Visit Maxim Healthcare in
Reno, NV is looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to help with our medically fragile adult community. Maxim is
currently offering a flexible schedule, health/wellness benefits,
and weekly pay! Visit care shifts specialize in approximately 1
hour visits, working with adult patients in group homes and consist
of a g-tube feeding, medication administration, and a full head to
toe assessment. Options: Saturday - 6AM-2PM OR 5PM-8PM Options:
Sunday - 6AM-1PM, 7AM-1PM, 5PM-8PM, OR 5PM-9PM Why Join Maxim: -

Awards Program Responsibilities: - Utilize the nursing process to
assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - On each
assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance
with prescribed orders - Assess signs and symptoms indicating
physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. -
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health
care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing
diagnoses. Qualifications: - Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in
the state in which the LPN will practice. - Current TB or Chest
X-Ray. - Current BLS card. - One year prior professional nursing
