every day? As a Behavioral Health Therapist - LMFT at Chapa-De
Indian Health, you'll work alongside primary care providers to
deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services in
an integrated, team-based environment. Salary: $80,200- 100,000
full time annual salary. Benefit Highlights: Employer-paid Health
Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80%
for dependents. 17 Vacation Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8 Days Sick
Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Retirement Plan with 6%
match CME allowance Duties: Provide initial patient evaluations,
triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief
individual and group counseling, skills training, care
coordination, case management and follow-up referrals. Participate
in interdisciplinary case conferences, work with primary care
providers and assist with program development. Qualifications:
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Minimum of three (3) years'
experience working in a Behavioral Health Program. Clinical
experience working in a therapeutic setting with adults, families
and children. Must be able to relate, understand, and have a
working knowledge of the Indigenous Community. BLS certification.
