Responsibilities: Establish and manage exceptional ABA services to improve cognitive, social, and self-help skills for clients and families. Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals. Analyze client progress data, adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes and clinical quality. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians, fostering continuous learning and growth. Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements. Collaborate closely with caregivers and service providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care. Support staff development through constructive feedback and training initiatives. Assist with clinic oversight, program development, and special projects as assigned. Must-Have Skills: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing. Meets Supervisor requirements under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Eligible for credentials with designated insurance carriers. Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance. CPR/BLS certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated passion for supporting children in diverse environments. Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic team setting. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience supporting staff professional development in an ABA or healthcare setting. Familiarity with a range of ABA assessment tools and methodologies. Proficiency working in clinic, home, and community therapy environments. Background in program development and clinic operations. Advanced training or education in related fields (e.g., psychology, education, special needs).
