Job Description Job Description THIS IS A PART TIME, ON CALL POSITION We are seeking a professional and courteous Valet Driver to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive vehicles. As a Valet Driver, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that guests have a seamless and pleasant experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests promptly, courteously, and professionally as they arrive at the valet station. - Safely drive clients' vehicles to designated parking areas and retrieve them upon request. - Maintain an organized and efficient valet service to minimize guests' waiting time. - Handle vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during parking and retrieval. - Collaborate with team members to manage vehicle flow and ensure smooth operations. - Uphold company standards for service excellence and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. - Ability to operate vehicles safely. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. - Physical ability to run short distances to retrieve vehicles and stand for extended periods.
