Aramark is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our custodial staff at various institutions including universities, schools, and hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, aligned with our commitment to service excellence and innovation. This role demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team of housekeeping professionals. The Housekeeping Supervisor will report directly to the Facilities Manager and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation by upholding the Aramark values and standards. Manage daily staff activities and assign housekeeping duties and areas of responsibility Train new staff and provide ongoing training for all housekeeping staff Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are met or exceeded Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment Prepare schedules and ensure adequate staffing Resolve any issues related to cleanliness or staff disputes Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive environment Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities Familiarity with cleaning and disinfection procedures Good communication and training skills Problem-solving skills Ability to operate cleaning machinery and to manage inventory Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Hospitality Management OSHA Hazardous Materials Handling Certificate or any relevant health and safety training
