Job Description Job Description Position: IT logistics Coordinator Location: Roseville, CA - Onsite Duration: 6 month contract to hire Pay: $27.50/hr. About the Role We are seeking an IT Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for someone with logistics experience who is comfortable working with IT equipment and thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will play a key role in configuring laptops, managing equipment shipments, and supporting new hire onboarding. Key Responsibilities Configure laptops for deployment (initial login and setup). Build and coordinate new hire equipment kits for shipping. Collaborate with the account creation team to ensure shipments are staged and ready for QA. Manage intake and refurbishment of returned equipment, preparing items for redeployment. Receive new hire information weekly and ensure all equipment ships via FedEx within 1.5 days. Handle equipment on its 3rd–5th deployment cycle and work with Dell support as needed. Maintain monthly shipment volume of approximately 50–60 machines/equipment. Must-Have Qualifications 1–2 years of logistics or warehouse experience . Experience handling IT equipment (laptops, desktops, shipping parts/products). Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively. Comfortable with technology and willing to act as a backup resource for basic computer support. Nice to Have Familiarity with Dell systems and support processes. Previous experience in IT logistics or similar roles.
