an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Patent Prosecution & Litigation
Technical Advisor with a background in Electrical Engineering or
Computer Science. This position is open to candidates in multiple
office locations across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to

wireless communication, embedded systems, and advanced software

Ideal Candidate Profile B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer
Science required Experience in a Law Firm required Prior experience
in intellectual property or patent law preferred Familiarity with
3GPP wireless communication standards (5G/6G) is a plus, especially
for experienced candidates Exceptional writing and communication
skills Strong academic record and analytical abilities
Team-oriented mindset and an eagerness to learn and contribute
Responsibilities Support patent prosecution and litigation efforts
related to electrical and software-based inventions Assist with
patent drafting, research, and technical analysis Collaborate with
attorneys and patent agents on a wide range of client matters Stay
abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends Compensation
Technical Advisor: $80,000 – $105,000 Patent Agent (if registered
with USPTO): $99,600 – $145,800 Salary commensurate with location,
experience, and qualifications Benefits Medical, dental, and vision
