Handles all incoming calls to the Resort's main number, as well
as internal guests in a professional and pleasant manner. The
Support Teams provides superior guest service by acting as a "one
stop shop" for all our guest's needs. Handling everything from
room, spa, and restaurant reservations to wake-up calls and special
guest requests. Creating the highest level of AAA Four Diamond
Service from first moment of interaction.
* Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder
Valley Casino's "Winning Attitude" Company-wide culture and
demonstrating AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times. *
Maintain complete knowledge of all resort facilities and services.
* Answer all incoming calls in a knowledgeable and professional
manner within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone
etiquette. Using active listening skills to anticipate guests'
needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy
and whatever time of day. * Process all reservation requests,
changes and cancellations.
* Must possess outstanding guest service skills as well as
professional and sophisticated communication skills. * Must be able
to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing
environment. * High school diploma or equivalent is required. *
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet use). * Minimum
one year of previous customer service experience required. *
Hospitality (casino, hotel, reservations, or front office,)
experience preferred. * Basic computer knowledge and ability to
work in a Microsoft environment preferred.
