Job Specifications:
    • Outlet: Northstar Village
    • Expected Pay Range: $15.50 - $15.77 / hour + tips
      • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips
      • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time Job Responsibilities:
        • Make connections with guests and co-workers
        • Share our passion for the mountains during service
        • Follow the leadership's guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
        • Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
        • Operate a of Point of Sale system to enter orders properly
        • Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day
        • Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
        • Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need, and be knowledgeable of where guests can go for additional support.
        • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
          • We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
          • Desire to learn and grow
          • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
          • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs The expected pay range is $20.00.
