Job Description:

Precision Fluid Controls is actively looking for an experienced Set-up Machinist for multiple shifts. The shifts are Monday-Thursday Day Shift, Monday-Thursday Night Shift and Friday-Sunday Weekend Shift.
Description of the job: Setting up lathes, mills and mill turn machines under minimal supervision. You will be asked to take a job from set-up to first article inspection. Once your first piece is accepted you will turn the job over to an operator. While the job is being run you will be asked to frequently check in on the status of the job and examine parts.--
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years set-up experience on a CNC lathe or CNC vertical mill. Multi-axis experience is a plus. Familiarity with GD&T is required. Experience with Mazak and Mazatrol programming is a plus. Experience with Esprit cam software is a plus.--
You will be asked to work closely with our inspection team. Also, communication with the machine operators is important to our everyday success.--
We work with a wide variety of metals, plastics and other materials. We offer a large selection of cutting tools to improve our efficiency in removing material.--
Compensation can range from $30-$50 dollars an hour depending on experience.--
