COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE -

Job Description:

Company seeking a candidate who has at least 2 years of handling collections. Workloads are going to be heavy so the ideal candidate must be able to make at least 60 outbound calls per day. Must be data entry savvy since the ideal candidate will be inputting data the majority of the shift. Professionalism and great customer service is required since customers receiving the phone calls may be unwilling to talk and/or unable to make payments. Being compassionate is also something the company is seeking for. This company does not do hard core collections; more as warm calls and reminders of paying their balance.
