Learn team leadership, operations, and client relations by shadowing experienced managers. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of new Entry Level Sales Agents and Brand Ambassadors, providing mentorship and coaching. Learn to analyze sales data and performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing strategies to optimize team efficiency and results. Assist in setting team goals and objectives, and lead daily briefings to motivate and guide team members towards achieving targets. Facilitate regular coaching sessions and conduct performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth. Oversee daily field operations, including territory management, inventory control of marketing materials, and ensuring seamless customer enrollment processes. Develop strategies for localized market penetration for Verizon TruConnect services, identifying key community needs and outreach opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards. Lead by example in direct customer engagement, demonstrating best practices in sales and customer service for essential services. Contribute to the strategic planning of future direct marketing campaigns and expansion initiatives. Identify and resolve operational challenges in the field, implementing solutions to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.
