experienced Director of Growth & Media THE TL;DR KPS3 is based in
Reno, NV. Growth & media = digital and traditional media buying and
management, SEO/AIO, email marketing, CRO and AB testing, data
tracking and analysis KPS3 is one of the best places to work (we’ve

full-time gig with a hybrid office environment. ROLE DESCRIPTION
This person will be responsible for developing and managing search
strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that align with our
clients’ initiatives to help them achieve their business goals. Our
growth department is responsible for the agency’s SEO/AIO, digital
advertising, traditional advertising, data analytics, and reporting
(all done in house). Our directors help lead our team of amazing
managers and specialists. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the
department’s leading growth marketing & media expert on your team.
Includes: digital and traditional advertising, SEO/AIO, search
advertising, email marketing, CRO and AB testing, data tracking and
analysis Lead client meetings, providing sound strategic advice,
insightful reporting and data insights, and actionable performance
recaps. Mentor managers and specialists in these meetings. Provide
continuous feedback and mentorship to the managers and specialists
on your team. Be a strong, proactive voice of your team’s
leadership group. Direct the strategy, management, and optimization
of ad campaigns on a range of channels, including Google Ads, DSPs,
social media, ABM platforms, print, and broadcast media. Tie media
strategies to client KPIs. Lead the team in optimizing campaigns to
improve performance as needed. Develop and oversee the execution of
SEO/AIO strategies. Define and measure against KPIs that support
the overall project/marketing goals. Ensure all websites are set up
with a sound SEO/AIO and analytics foundation prior to and after
launch. Work with your AVP and fellow Director to advance the
growth marketing & media department. Ensure quality of growth &
media deliverables on your team. Prepare and present comprehensive
strategies and reports to clients and team leadership, highlighting
key insights, industry trends, and actionable steps. Stay
up-to-date with the latest changes in the industry, and communicate
them to your team and clients. Collaborate with every department to
develop integrated marketing plans for our full-service clients.
Work with the creative and strategy teams to develop CRO strategies
and AB test ideas for websites, advertising campaigns, and email
programs. QUALIFICATIONS 7 years of experience in a high-growth,
performance-driven environment Excellent analytical, communication,
strategic thinking, and management skills Ability to collaborate
well with cross-functional teams and partners Strong experience in
SEO and media strategy, implementation, and optimization across an
array of platforms (e.g., Google and Bing Ads, social media
advertising, DSPs, etc.) Proficient to advanced knowledge and use
of: Google and Bing Ads Social media advertising ahrefs (or
similar), Google Search Console Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and
Looker Studio A/B testing platforms, such as VWO CRMs as they
pertain to marketing operations and data attribution Extra credit
for Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, and Salesforce MAJOR PLUSES CRO and
AB testing experience Management experience and/or demonstrated
ability to mentor others Experience in marketing automation
platforms, such as Marketo and Pardot Traditional media buying
