Job Specifications: - Starting Wage: $20.00/hr -$21.78/hr - Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 - Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available - Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age - Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities : - Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops - Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you! - Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options - Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard - May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales - Other duties as assigned Job Requirements : - Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - Commitment to exceptional Customer Service - Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry - Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods - Must be able to communicate fluently in English - A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following: - Mountain Activities - Retail Rental operations - Food and Beverage Support - Ticket sales or scanning - Lift Operations - Base Area Operations The expected pay range is $20.00/hr -$21.78/hr.
