Job Description:

We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Services Representative with a background in construction materials testing—especially concrete, aggregate, asphalt, cement, soils, etc. —to support customers across a defined territory. This is a customer-facing role focused on field service, technical support, and account growth, working directly with producers to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor while also identifying opportunities to grow revenue. This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. Key Responsibilities Field Service & Customer Support: Maintain and service existing customer accounts, acting as the go-to resource for material performance questions and support. Provide in-depth technical guidance related to concrete and related materials in both lab and field environments. Troubleshoot and maintain company dispensing systems at customer plants (training provided). Participate in relevant industry associations and technical groups to stay ahead of trends and build credibility in the field. Sales Support & Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales within your territory through strong technical knowledge and relationship-building. Build trusted relationships with plant managers, QC personnel, and lab technicians, as well as vendors servicing the same markets. Support internal teams by sharing market and competitive intelligence. Other: Participate in R&D efforts, product trials, trade shows, and training sessions as needed. Complete weekly reports, CRM entries, and site visit tracking. Adhere to all company and customer safety protocols (including electrical safety while working on equipment).
