Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding new online buyers
through launching and growing their business with Inc. Authority,
providing expert consultation on long-term business solutions, and
building strong client relationships to ensure long-term
satisfaction and mutual growth. This position will be onsite at our
Reno, NV office. You will Welcome and guide new online buyers to
Inc. Authority, helping them launch and grow their businesses.
Provide expert consulting on long-term business solutions,
including legal packages and bundles. Build strong relationships
with existing clients to create opportunities for growth—both for
them and your team! Analyze customer feedback to develop new
techniques for ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Provide
outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued
and heard. You have A goal-driven and self-motivated professional
who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A team player
who enjoys collaborating and building relationships with both
clients and colleagues. A sales-savvy individual with at least 3
years of experience in sales (phone sales preferred). Open to
growth and coaching, with a desire to continually improve and
achieve more. Someone who loves people—you’re great at connecting
with others and providing exceptional service. You’re tech-savvy
with basic computer skills and can quickly adapt to new tools and
systems. Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the
annual average salary is around $60,000. You will also receive a
