Description Licensed Therapist or Associate Therapist ( LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Sierra Health and Wellness uses evidence-based methods to accomplish the restoration of families, relationships, and self-worth. Positions available : Full time Benefits (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist etc.): A diverse clinical experience providing individual, group, and family therapy services Experience providing formal supervision of associate therapists Competitive pay 10 days paid vacation 5 holidays/ 5 sick days per year Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits with NO monthly premium for employee (eligible after 60 days) 401K with a company match of up to 3% (eligible after 1 year and 1,000 hours) Accident & life Insurance ( eligible after 60 days) Essential Functions: Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clients Assesses and monitors clients’ behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency. Works as a team member with other professionals Participates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferences Conducts individual , family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relatives Participates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agencies Prepares verbal, written, and statistical reports Attends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issues Operates a personal computer and other office equipment Communicates effectively with others in person and over the telephone Analyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responses Perform job duties under stressful conditions May be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilities Education and minimum qualification: Must obtain and maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) Must possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling. Have at minimum two-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling. Very familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights. Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification. Must possess a valid Driver’s License Preferred education and experience : Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling Bachelor's degree in a related field. Licensed Therapist Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 Associate Therapist Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 The posted pay range is a reasonable estimate that the organization believes in good faith it may pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This pay range is not a promise of a particular wage. Pay may consider several factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and education. Pay ranges may be adjusted in the future depending upon many factors including business needs.
